Who We Are
Rent Anywhere is a Google Maps marketing company operated by SMART SERVICES LLC d/b/a Rent Anywhere. These terms cover your use of this website and describe, in general terms, how our program works.
Services
Rent Anywhere puts service businesses on Google Maps in more of the cities they serve. A program includes a Google Maps location in each active city, Google Business Profile setup and management, Google Maps micro bidding (promoted pins on Google Maps), a website built city by city and served on the client's domain, consistent business details across directories and data networks, review responses, and a monthly report by city. Packages are Market Entry, Metro, Regional and Custom, sized by how many cities you need and quoted after a city review. The package, cities and scope for each client are set out in the signed agreement.
The Signed Agreement Controls
Every engagement is governed by a written services agreement signed by the client and Rent Anywhere. These website terms are a general summary and do not replace that agreement. If these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Program Assets
Rent Anywhere furnishes the following for the client's use during the term: the Google Maps location in each active city, the Google Business Profiles built under the program, the program tracking numbers, the promoted pin campaigns, and the website with its pages, content, code and hosting (together, the "Program Assets"). Program Assets are furnished on a subscription basis. The client's right to use them runs with the term, and title stays with Rent Anywhere. Nothing Rent Anywhere builds transfers to the client unless a separate written agreement says so. No transfer or ownership is implied by a monthly fee, an onboarding fee, or access to any Program Asset. The website may be bought out only under a separate written agreement, priced case by case. Google Business Profiles built under the program are not offered for buyout, because each one depends on the Google Maps location in its city. Program tracking numbers may be released to the client at the end of the term for the fee set in the signed agreement.
Google Maps Locations
Rent Anywhere provides the Google Maps location in each active city. The client has no payment obligation to any location provider, signs nothing for a location, and acquires no property rights in it. A city becomes active only after Rent Anywhere confirms a location is available and the city meets Google's rules as understood at the time. If a city cannot be activated, or its location stops being available, the next steps, including any replacement city, are agreed in writing under the signed agreement.
What Always Stays the Client's
The client always keeps its domain name, brand, business name, logo, photos and customer data, its own phone numbers, and the material it supplies. The client keeps ownership and control of its domain registration and gives Rent Anywhere the access needed to point the domain to the program website during the term. The client's existing website and its content stay the client's. The client grants Rent Anywhere a limited, nonexclusive license for the term to host, reproduce, modify and use supplied material only as needed to perform the services, and the client is responsible for having the right to supply it.
What Stays Rent Anywhere's
Rent Anywhere keeps its systems, methods, templates, automations, code and know how, and title to the Program Assets. No rights pass to the client beyond use of the Program Assets during the term. Rent Anywhere may keep internal records as required for legal, accounting, security or operational purposes.
Fees and Billing
Fees are set out in the proposal and the signed agreement. The monthly fee starts at signing. No onboarding fee for a city until it passes Google's rules. Verification Support is a flat fee per qualifying in person or video verification event, charged only when Google asks for one, as set out in the written agreement. The website, its pages and hosting are included in the program, and so are the promoted pins on Google Maps, with the ad budget set and paid by Rent Anywhere. Payment timing, late charges, any pause in service, and any refund are governed by the signed agreement.
Term
Every package is a twelve month term, then month to month as the signed agreement sets out. Renewal, notice, ending early, and the consequences of ending are governed by the signed agreement.
Eligibility
Our services are available to legitimate businesses operating legally within the United States. By engaging our services, you confirm that your business is properly registered and that the services you offer in the cities you serve comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. We may decline service to any business at our discretion.
Google and Results
Google independently controls eligibility, verification, ranking, visibility, suspension, and reinstatement. Rent Anywhere claims no affiliation with or endorsement by Google. No ranking, verification, inquiry volume, AI mention, date, or other result is guaranteed. AI tools decide for themselves which businesses they name. Plan on four to six months before a new location settles into the rankings; that is typical, not a commitment. If a listing is suspended or removed, Rent Anywhere reviews it and attempts recovery within the program scope.
Promoted Pins
Promoted pins run on Google's advertising platform under Google's policies. Ad placement, cost, and availability are controlled by Google. The ad budget, targeting, and timing are set and paid by Rent Anywhere as part of the program, at its discretion. Promoted pins are advertising and do not change free Google Maps rankings.
Google Business Profiles
A Google Business Profile is a listing on Google's platform and is subject to Google's terms. Profiles built under the program are Program Assets that Rent Anywhere builds, manages, and furnishes for the client's use during the term. Google controls ownership and manager permissions, verification, eligibility, content, suspension, reinstatement, and any change of address. Rent Anywhere does not represent that a profile can be transferred, merged, or deleted in a particular way. The client agrees not to request ownership or transfer of a profile built under the program from Google, during or after the term. If Google transfers such a profile to the client anyway, the buyout or fee terms of the signed agreement apply.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, keep a Google account in good standing, maintain any required licenses and permissions, supply photos and material for the pages, respond to approvals and Google verification requests promptly, and tell us about changes to your business name, services, operations, or contact information. You answer and close the inquiries the program produces. You may not ask us to create false reviews, misleading business information, duplicate profiles, or other prohibited content.
Reviews
Reviews come from the client's real customers. The client asks for them using the system Rent Anywhere provides and never pays for, filters, scripts, or fakes them. Rent Anywhere answers reviews and never buys, fakes, or incentivizes them.
When the Agreement Ends
When an agreement ends, the Program Assets stop. Rent Anywhere stops serving the website and returns the domain settings to the client, and the Google Business Profiles built under the program are parked consistent with Google's terms, on the timeline in the signed agreement. Nothing built under the program transfers unless a separate written agreement says so, and Rent Anywhere is not required to agree to a transfer. The client keeps its domain name, brand, photos and customer data.
Content After the Term
After an agreement ends, Rent Anywhere does not promise that posts, photos, profile edits, directory records, citations, or other third party content will remain live, be removed, or be transferred. Google and each directory or publisher control their own records under their own rules. Reviews are controlled by the people who write them and the platforms that host them, and Rent Anywhere does not promise that reviews or responses can be moved or deleted. Any export, handoff, cleanup, appeal, monitoring, or other help after the term must be agreed in writing, may carry a separate fee, and remains subject to platform permissions and third party decisions.
Limitation of Liability
Rent Anywhere performs its services with reasonable skill and care and gives no other warranty, including of results. Rent Anywhere is not responsible for Google's decisions, third party platform changes, local competition, ranking changes, lost leads, or business interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent Anywhere's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim, and Rent Anywhere is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. For each engagement, the liability terms of the signed agreement control.
Governing Law
Florida law governs these terms and each engagement, unless the signed agreement says otherwise. The parties will try to resolve any dispute by discussion first. Dispute resolution for an engagement follows the signed agreement.
