Direct answer

The Profile Tune-Up fixes the profile you already have, one time.

Google Business Profile optimization is a one time fix of the profile you already have. The Profile Tune-Up checks your categories, services, hours, attributes, and description against the real business, then corrects what is wrong. It is a single pass, not monthly care, and Google still decides who sees the listing.

The Tune-Up covers one existing profile. It does not create a new profile, a new Google Maps location, or a listing in another city. If you want the profile looked after every month once it is fixed, that is Profile Care.

If you searched for Google Maps SEO, Google Maps optimization, or Map Pack optimization, you are in the right place. Those searches describe this same accuracy work. We do not sell a Map Pack slot, and we do not promise one.

Ask for a quote. We reply with what the Tune-Up covers for your profile and the price in writing, including if the answer is that you do not need it.

Google independently controls eligibility, verification, approval, ranking, visibility, suspension, and reinstatement. Accurate fields may support discoverability. They are not a ranking contract.

Who this is for

Fit, not a generic list.

Owners with a profile that is wrong or half finished

The profile already exists, but the categories, services, or hours are incomplete or out of date. You want one structured fix, not a new account and not a monthly retainer.

People searching Maps SEO or Map Pack help

Those searches are answered on this page. The honest deliverable is accuracy work on the profile Google already knows, not a placement we can sell.

Owners who may want care later

Details drift when nobody updates them. Profile Care keeps the same profile current every month.

Not a fit

Anyone who wants Map Pack placement as a deliverable, a keyword stuffed business name, a false category, or a ranking we can promise. We will not tune a profile that misrepresents the business.

Scope

What the Profile Tune-Up includes.

Included

  • Review of the business name against how the company actually trades
  • Primary and additional categories that match the real work
  • Attributes that are true for the business
  • A services list that matches what you sell
  • Hours that match real operation
  • Phone, website, and description checked for accuracy
  • A written record of what changed and what still depends on Google

Not included, or quoted separately

  • A Map Pack, ranking, lead, or call outcome
  • A new profile, a new city, or a new Google Maps location
  • Monthly posts, review replies, or reporting, which are Profile Care
  • More than one profile
  • Review buying, incentives, gating, or manufactured photos
Process

A finite pass, not an open ended campaign.

  1. 01

Confirm the profile you already have

The Tune-Up needs an existing, eligible Google Business Profile. If there is no profile yet, the work belongs to Maps Marketing instead. We do not tune a profile against facts nobody has confirmed.

  2. 02

Collect the facts that must be true

You confirm categories, services, hours, attributes, phone, website, and any claim in the description. If a fact is unknown, the field stays as it is until you can stand behind it.

  3. 03

    Correct the public fields

We apply the confirmed facts. The business name is not a keyword string. Categories describe the work. Hours and attributes match operations. Services match what a customer can actually buy.

  4. 04

    Record what Google still controls

You get a written note of what was changed and what remains outside the pass: verification, ranking, review volume, and whether Google shows the listing at all. Then the job is done.

Checklist

What the Tune-Up checks.

  • The business name matches how the company trades, with no ranking keywords packed in.
  • The primary category describes the real work, not a more popular substitute.
  • Additional categories are included only when they are true.
  • Services listed are services a customer can actually buy.
  • Hours match real operation.
  • Attributes are checked only when they are true for the business.
  • Phone, website, and appointment links point to the right places.
  • The description does not claim rankings, reviews, or premises that are not real.
  • Open questions are recorded instead of filled with guesses.

Limits

What this service does not control.

  • Google independently controls eligibility, verification, approval, ranking, visibility, suspension, and reinstatement.
  • We do not claim Map Pack placement, a ranking position, lead volume, or call volume from this work.
  • Accurate information may support discoverability. It does not make Google show the listing in any particular slot.
  • The pass does not replace monthly care. Fields drift again if hours, services, or phone numbers change and nobody updates them.
  • Google can change the categories, attributes, and layout it offers. We work inside the fields Google currently shows.

Questions

Straight answers for this service.

What is the Profile Tune-Up?

A one time fix of the one Google Business Profile you already have. We check categories, services, hours, attributes, and the description against the real business and correct what is wrong. Then the job ends.

Is this Google Maps SEO or Map Pack optimization?

Those searches land here because this is the same accuracy work. We review and correct the profile. We do not promise Map Pack placement, and we will not sell it or imply it. Google independently controls ranking.

What is not included in the Tune-Up?

A new profile, a new Google Maps location, a second profile, monthly posts, review replies, and reporting are not included. Ranking, leads, and calls are never promised. Ongoing work is Profile Care.

How is the Tune-Up different from Profile Care?

The Tune-Up is a single pass that ends when it is done. Profile Care is monthly: posts, review replies, and a report, on a twelve month term.

Will the Tune-Up bring more calls or a higher rank?

We cannot say, and we do not promise either. Accurate information may support discoverability. Google independently controls ranking, placement, and visibility. Closing leads stays with you.

Will you change my business name to add a city or a keyword?

No. The name has to match how the business actually trades. Packing a city or a service into the name to chase rankings is not part of this work and can create a policy problem.

Can you tune a profile I do not have yet?

No. The Tune-Up works on an existing profile. If you need a new Google Maps location in a city, that is Maps Marketing, and a person reviews your cities before anything is quoted.

How do I get a price?

Ask for a quote. Tell us about the profile and we reply by email with what the Tune-Up covers and the price in writing. There is no price on this page, and nothing starts until you accept a written quote.

Ask for a quote on the Profile Tune-Up.

Tell us about the profile you already have. We will say whether the Tune-Up, Profile Care, or neither is the right next step, including if the answer is no.
