Field based trades
Roofing, storm restoration, HVAC, plumbing, solar, landscaping, and pest control companies whose crews already drive the metro. The listing should not live only at the yard.
Most service businesses only show up on Google Maps where their shop is, even when crews work across town. We set up a Google Maps location in each city you serve and manage a Google listing for each one.
Check city availabilityRent Anywhere is a Google Maps marketing company. We set up a Google Maps location in each approved city, build and manage the Google Business Profile, run Google Maps micro bidding with the ad budget included, keep your listings and citations correct, answer reviews, and run a website that grows every month, with no build fee. You get a report every month, by city.
Google Maps micro bidding means small bids for a promoted pin in tight circles around each city, favoring the pockets of the map where competitors are not advertising. The ad budget is paid by Rent Anywhere out of the program fee. The pins buy visibility while they run. They do not change free Maps rankings.
Google independently controls eligibility, verification, approval, ranking, visibility, suspension, and reinstatement. We set up, prepare, manage, and report. We do not guarantee a Map Pack slot, a lead volume, or a verification outcome. Plan on four to six months before a new location settles into the rankings. That is typical, not a promise.
Google's local results weigh relevance, distance, and prominence. Distance is measured from the address on the listing, not from a list of cities typed into a service area field.
Independent testing published by Sterling Sky, an independent local search firm, found that service area settings do not affect rankings. Rankings come from the address the listing was verified at. That is not our research, and it is not a result produced by our services.
The usual workarounds each solve half the problem. An address vendor hands you a login. A local SEO shop optimizes the profile you already have. When a verification request arrives, neither side owns the seam.

Personal injury firms, public adjusters, and realtors that are licensed and active in more than one city. Advertising rules still apply in every jurisdiction.
Businesses that do not actually serve the target city, want a location without the marketing program, or need a ranking outcome we can control. We will decline those requests.
You name the cities your crews or team already serve. We do not treat a wish list as availability, and we do not reserve a location at this step.
A person reviews availability, eligibility, and the real service footprint. You get a written answer, including if the answer is no. Nothing is reserved until you have a written scope and price.
For approved cities we set up the Google Maps location, build the listing, support verification when Google asks, start the promoted pins, and run the monthly management, citation, review, website, and reporting work in the agreement.
Each city in the written scope gets a Google Maps location for the listing, set up and handled by us. You sign nothing for it.
We build the Google Business Profile with accurate business information. If Google requests in person or video verification, Verification Support coordinates an authorized local visit under a separate qualifying event fee.
Google Maps micro bidding places small bids for a promoted pin around each city. Google runs the auction and sets the price. The ad budget is paid by Rent Anywhere as part of the program. Paid pins and free Maps results are separate systems.
Name, address, and phone are maintained across the directories and aggregator feeds included in the program. Directories still decide whether they accept or display a record.
We monitor managed profiles and post professional, truthful responses. Earning reviews stays with you. We do not buy, incentivize, gate, or invent them.
Every package includes a website on your domain, which always stays yours, with no build fee and no charge per page. Each city gets a hub and 26 to 30 core pages to start, then new pages every week.
You see what shipped and what moved. Each city gets its own tracked phone number so calls can be read by city, not only as site visits. That is reporting, not a lead outcome we control.
Market Entry covers three cities, Metro six, Regional nine, and Custom ten and up, quoted. Every package is a twelve month term and includes the same Maps Marketing scope: a Google Maps location in each city, Google Maps micro bidding with the ad budget included, and a website that grows every month, with no build fee. What changes is how many cities you are in.
Three city programs from $3,500 a month, plus $750 per city onboarding, once. Six and nine city programs are quoted. Exact scope is confirmed in writing after we review your cities.

No. Accurate information and local search work may support discoverability. Google independently controls ranking, placement, and visibility. Promoted pins buy visibility while they run and do not change free rankings. Closing leads stays with you.
If Google requests in person or video verification, we coordinate an authorized local visit. That work is Verification Support, billed only for those request types. Google controls who participates and whether it approves the listing.
The Google Business Profile is part of the ongoing managed service, not an automatic transfer. You always keep your domain, brand, photos, and customer data. Exit terms follow the signed agreement, Google's terms, and applicable law.
