Field businesses entering a confirmed city
Roofing and storm, HVAC, solar, landscaping, and pest control companies that already send crews into a city we can quote. Setup starts after the location is confirmed, not from a wish list of cities.
Setup is the first build of a Google Business Profile at the Google Maps location in each city, once that city is confirmed in a written quote. We enter the business as it actually operates. If Google later asks for an in person or video visit, that work moves to Verification Support.
Check city availabilityGoogle Business Profile setup is a one time creation job. After a city is quoted and its Google Maps location is set up, we build the listing against that address with the name, categories, services, hours, and contact details you supply.
GBP and GMB are the same entity on this site. Older pages and search queries still say Google My Business. The product Google shows on Maps is the Google Business Profile. We do not run a second, separate GMB setup service.
Categories must match the real business. The primary category is the work you actually do, not a keyword you wish ranked. Additional categories are added only when they are true. A mismatch is a policy problem, not a ranking tactic.
Every package, Market Entry, Metro, Regional, and Custom, includes the Google listing built and managed, with verification handled when Google asks. Setup is the build step inside managed Maps Marketing, next to the website, Google Maps micro bidding, and listings kept correct. It is not an address only product. Google still decides whether it will approve or show the listing.
If Google assigns postcard, phone, or another automated method, we support that path as part of setup. If Google requests in person or video verification, the visit is coordinated as Verification Support at $299 per event. Details live on that page.
When setup is complete, the profile still needs ongoing care if you want information kept correct and reviews answered. That later work is Google Business Profile management. Tightening fields on an existing eligible profile is optimization. Those are separate pages on purpose.

Attorneys, public adjusters, and realtors that are licensed and active in the requested city. Naming, advertising, and office rules still sit with you in every jurisdiction. We will not invent a category the license does not support.
Setup is the listing build step inside a Maps Marketing program. It is not an address login sold without the rest of the work.
Businesses that do not serve the city, want an address login presented as a shop, want ranking as a deliverable, or want us to pick a flashy category that is not true. We decline those requests in writing.
You name cities you already serve. We review availability and eligibility and answer in writing, including if the answer is no. Setup does not begin until the quote exists and the Google Maps location for that city is confirmed.
You supply the legal and public name, primary work, services, hours, phone, website, licenses, and photos that are true. We do not invent a category, a service list, or a premises photograph to make the profile look busier than it is.
We build the Google Business Profile at the Google Maps location we set up and handle for that city. You sign nothing for the location. The same address then goes on the website and the citations for that city.
The primary category has to describe the actual business. Extra categories, attributes, services, and hours are added only when they match how you operate. Keyword stuffing in the business name is not part of setup.
Google chooses the method. Postcard, phone, and automated paths are supported as part of this setup work. We prepare accurate information and follow the steps Google shows. Google still decides whether the profile is approved.
If Google requests in person or video verification, setup stops being a form fill job. That visit is Verification Support, described on its own page. We coordinate an authorized local visit. Google controls who may participate and what evidence it accepts.
Each approved city in the written scope gets a Google Business Profile built at its Google Maps location. The location is set up and handled by us, and you sign nothing for it.
Name, primary category, additional categories, services, hours, and contact details are entered from what you actually do. If a fact is missing or disputed, we wait rather than guess. Accuracy is the deliverable, not a keyword experiment.
We stay with the listing through the verification path Google assigns. Automated methods stay inside setup. An in person or video request is handed to Verification Support instead of being improvised after the notice arrives.
When creation is finished, the next step is the monthly management every package includes, with a one time optimization pass if the profile needs one. Setup does not silently become a retainer. Those jobs have their own pages and their own scope.
You keep your brand name, logo, domain, photos, and customer data. The Google Business Profile is part of the managed service, not an automatic transfer when the term ends.
You should be able to see what name, address, category, and contact details were used. Directories and Google may still display, delay, or reject a record. The deliverable is an accurate submission, not a published outcome we control.
City review, eligibility questions, and a written quote. No location is reserved and no profile is created until that quote exists and the Google Maps location is confirmed.
We collect accurate facts and create the Google Business Profile at the confirmed address, including categories and core fields that match the real business.
Google assigns a method. Automated paths stay inside setup. An in person or video request moves to Verification Support. Duration varies by city and by what Google asks for.
The listing moves into the monthly management every package includes. Setup itself does not keep running as a silent retainer.
Yes. GBP and GMB are the same listing. Searches for GMB setup, Google listing setup, and GBP setup are answered on this page. We do not keep a second canonical setup URL.
No. Setup is one time creation at the Google Maps location in that city. Monthly information updates, review responses, and reporting are Google Business Profile management. Tightening an existing eligible profile is optimization. Those pages stay separate.
Setup hands that request to Verification Support. We coordinate an authorized local visit and keep you informed. Google controls who participates, what evidence it accepts, and whether it approves the listing. Postcard and phone methods are not billed as that visit.
The category must match the real business. You confirm the primary work and any additional categories that are true. We will not select a more popular category to chase a ranking. A false category is a policy risk, not a strategy.
The Google Business Profile is part of the managed service, not an automatic transfer. You keep your brand name, logo, domain, photos, and customer data. Exit terms follow the signed agreement, Google's terms, and applicable law.
No. Setup uses the Google Maps location we set up in that city, confirmed in the written quote. We do not sell an address login as a storefront, and a location alone does not make a profile eligible. Google decides eligibility.
It depends on city availability and on the verification method Google assigns. We confirm the expected sequence before work starts. We do not publish a fixed calendar date because Google's review is not on our clock. Plan on four to six months before a new location settles into the rankings. That is typical, not a promise.
Yes. Every package includes a Google Maps location in each city, the Google listing built and managed with verification handled when Google asks, Google Maps micro bidding with the ad budget included, listings and citations kept correct, reviews answered, a website that grows every month with no build fee, and a monthly report by city.
A person reviews availability and eligibility and replies by email, including if the answer is no. Nothing is reserved, and no profile is created, until you have a written scope and price.
