Direct answer

The integrity policy is the product boundary. We respond to real feedback. We do not buy, incentivize, filter, or invent it, and we cannot promise that a review will be removed.

Rent Anywhere monitors reviews on managed Google Business Profiles and posts a written, truthful response. Every review gets a chance at a professional reply. We do not buy reviews, pay for ratings, hide negative feedback, or write reviews as if we were customers.

Earning reviews is your job. After a real customer interaction, you may send a neutral request that does not ask for a star rating, offer an incentive, or route unhappy people somewhere else. All eligible customers must have a fair, direct path to the public review.

If a review appears to break the platform's rules, a dispute can be requested. Google decides the outcome. Removal is never guaranteed. We cannot suppress legitimate negative feedback, and we will not coach you to do that.

This is not a review-volume product. We do not sell a quota, a rating target, or a ranking outcome tied to reviews. Google independently controls eligibility, verification, approval, ranking, visibility, suspension, reinstatement, and review-policy enforcement.

Checklist

Integrity rules that do not bend

  • Only people with a genuine customer experience may be asked for a review.
  • A request must not ask for a positive rating or a star number.
  • No money, discounts, gifts, services, or other incentives in exchange for a review.
  • No employee, vendor, or contractor reviews used in place of customer reviews.
  • No gating, thumbs-up filters, accordion flows, or other tricks that hide the Google path from unhappy customers.
  • The same neutral path goes to all eligible customers. Negative feedback still has a direct public option.
  • Staff may respond factually. Staff may never create, edit, purchase, or post a review as the customer.
  • Disputes are for possible policy violations. Legitimate criticism is answered, not deleted on demand.
  • We do not sell a review count, a rating target, or a ranking outcome tied to reviews.
Limits

What this service does not control.

  • We do not buy, incentivize, gate, or manufacture reviews. There is no exception for 'just this once'.
  • We cannot remove or suppress legitimate negative feedback.
  • Dispute is possible. Removal is never guaranteed.
  • We do not sell a review-volume, star-average, or ranking outcome.
  • Google independently controls eligibility, verification, approval, ranking, visibility, suspension, reinstatement, and review-policy enforcement.
  • Review work on unmanaged sites is outside the Google profile scope unless the agreement says otherwise.
Who does what

A clear split of responsibility.

Rent Anywhere

  • Monitor reviews on managed Google Business Profiles.
  • Post truthful, professional responses.
  • Refuse buying, incentives, gating, and manufactured reviews.
  • Help file a dispute when the content may break platform rules.
  • Keep response text free of ranking, lead, or location claims the facts do not support.

You

  • Do the work that earns a genuine review.
  • Ask only real customers, with a neutral request and no incentive.
  • Give every eligible customer a fair path to the public review.
  • Close the leads. We manage listings, not the sale.
  • Do not instruct staff to post as customers or to filter unhappy people away from Google.

Google

  • Whether a review stays up, comes down, or is annotated.
  • Enforcement of review policy, including against the listing.
  • Eligibility, verification, ranking, visibility, suspension, and reinstatement of the profile.
Questions

Straight answers for this service.

Do you get us more Google reviews?

No as a product. We monitor and respond. You earn reviews by doing the work and asking genuine customers the honest way. We do not sell a volume, a star average, or a ranking tied to reviews.

Can you remove a negative review?

We can help dispute content that appears to break Google's rules. Google decides. Legitimate negative feedback stays. We cannot remove or suppress it, and we will not hide it behind a filter.

Is it allowed to offer a gift card for a five-star review?

No. Incentives are banned, including money, discounts, gifts, and free work. Asking for a particular rating is also banned. A request, if you send one, must be neutral.

Can we ask only the happy customers?

No. Eligible customers must have the same direct path to the public review. You may collect private feedback for service recovery, but not as a substitute that keeps critics off Google.

Will you reply to every review?

On managed Google Business Profiles in the agreement, every review gets a written, truthful response. That is the packaged 'reviews answered' work. It is not a promise about how many reviews will appear.

What happens if someone on our team wants a shortcut?

We stop that action. The integrity policy has no last-resort exception. Buying, gating, or posting fake reviews can harm the listing and is outside what we will deliver.

Does answering reviews produce better rankings?

No. Accurate, professional responses are part of listing management. Google independently controls ranking, visibility, and policy enforcement. We do not sell a Map Pack outcome.

Is this separate from Google Business Profile management?

Response work sits inside ongoing profile management and inside every package as reviews answered. This page exists to state the integrity boundary clearly, not to create a volume SKU.

Tell us the cities. We will tell you whether managed listings belong there.

A person reviews availability and eligibility and replies by email, including if the answer is no. Nothing is reserved until you have a written scope and price. Review shortcuts are not part of that conversation.
