Google Business Profile Management for Service Businesses | Rent Anywhere
Ongoing GBP management

Manage the Google listing every month after it exists.

Management is the monthly work after setup: keep business information correct, respond to reviews truthfully, and report by market. It is not a second setup, and it is not a one-time optimization pass. At exit, the profile is part of the managed service, not an automatic transfer.

Direct answer

Monthly management keeps a live listing current. It does not create the profile, and it does not transfer it when you leave.

Google Business Profile management is ongoing monthly work on a live or in-progress listing under the service agreement. After setup, someone still has to watch the public fields, answer reviews, and tell you what happened in each market.

This is not one-time setup. Setup creates the profile at a confirmed commercial partner location and supports the verification method Google assigns. Management starts from a listing that already exists, or is being finished, under that agreement.

This is not one-time optimization. Optimization is a finite accuracy pass over categories, attributes, services, and hours. Management is the retainer that continues after that pass, including the next hours change and the next review.

We monitor managed profiles and post professional, truthful responses. Earning reviews stays with you. We do not buy, incentivize, gate, or manufacture reviews. Removal of a review is never guaranteed because Google decides.

Packaged Market Entry, Metro, and Regional programs already include ongoing listing management: business information kept correct, reviews answered, and a monthly report by market. GBP Management is also a Design Lab add-on when that monthly work is quoted on its own.

When the engagement ends, the Google Business Profile is part of the managed service, not a deliverable that transfers automatically. You keep your brand name, logo, domain, phone numbers, and customer data. Exit terms follow the signed agreement, Google's terms, and applicable law.

Deliverables

What the work produces.

Business information kept correct on the managed profile

Public fields stay aligned to the contracted location record and to the facts you report. This is the monthly version of 'business info kept correct,' not a one-time cleanup. Google can still edit, hide, or reject a field.

Reviews answered, never manufactured

Every review on a managed profile gets a written, truthful response. We do not buy ratings, offer incentives, route unhappy customers away from Google, or post reviews for you. Earning reviews is your job.

A monthly report by market

Packaged programs include a report for each city in scope. Each city gets its own tracked phone number so calls can be read by city. Volume in that report is not a promised lead result. Grid-scan screenshots are not published.

Posts and photos only when they are in the agreement

Where the signed scope includes posts or photo updates, we use material you supply. There is no public posting SLA on this site, and we do not invent a premises or an offer. If posts are not in the agreement, they are not a silent extra.

A named account contact on Regional

Regional covers 10 or more markets and includes a named account contact in addition to the same listing-management scope. Market Entry and Metro include the same monthly listing work without that extra contact role.

An exit position that is stated up front

At the end of the term we stop management, subject to the signed agreement, Google's platform terms, and applicable law. The profile does not transfer automatically. You keep brand, logo, domain, phones, and customer data.

Process

A monthly rail. The same sequence for each city in the agreement.

  1. 01

Confirm the live profile and the written scope

Management only runs against a listing that is live or in progress under the service agreement. If the profile has not been created, the work belongs on the setup page first. Scope, cities, and reporting cadence come from the signed quote, not from a verbal add-on.

  2. 02

Collect changes before the public fields drift

You tell us when hours, services, phone numbers, or offers change. We also watch the managed profile for fields that moved without a request. Unreported changes cannot be corrected in arrears if nobody said they happened.

  3. 03

    Keep the listing's information correct

Name, address, phone, hours, and other contracted fields are maintained on the Google Business Profile. The contracted location record remains the source of the address. Directories outside Google are a related job, not a substitute for this step.

  4. 04

Respond to reviews without manufacturing them

We monitor managed profiles and post professional, truthful responses. You remain responsible for asking genuine customers. We can help dispute content that appears to violate Google's policies. Removal is never guaranteed.

  5. 05

    Report by market, then repeat

Inside packaged programs you receive a monthly report by market, including the tracked phone number already described on the homepage. That is reporting, not a lead outcome we control. The rail then starts again with the next month's changes.

Who does what

A clear split of responsibility.

  • Apply client-reported changes to hours, services, phone, and related public information.
  • Post truthful review responses on managed profiles.
  • Send the monthly by-market report when the agreement includes it.
  • Stop management at exit as the signed agreement describes, without implying an automatic profile transfer.

  • Earn genuine reviews without incentives, filtering, or employee substitution.
  • Supply truthful photos and offers if posts or photos are in scope.
  • Read the exit terms before assuming the Google login will move.

Google

  • Whether the listing stays eligible, visible, ranked, suspended, or reinstated.
  • Review removal, policy enforcement, and dispute outcomes.
  • Layout and availability of posts, photos, messaging, and other profile features.
Packages

How this sits in Market Entry, Metro, and Regional.

Market Entry covers 3 cities for twelve months. Metro covers 6, and Regional covers 10 or more, on a six or twelve month term in the quote. Packages include monthly listing management, review replies, and a report by market. Regional adds a named account contact. The add-on is quote-only.

Public cards stay on a Quote. Exact scope and price are confirmed in writing after we review your cities.

Questions

Straight answers for this service.

Is management the same as setup?

No. Setup is one-time creation at a confirmed commercial partner location. Management is the monthly work after that listing exists. Collapsing them into one product would hide both the build step and the exit terms.

Do you generate Google reviews for me?

No. We monitor managed profiles and respond truthfully. You may request reviews from genuine customers after real work, without incentives or filtering. We do not buy, gate, or manufacture ratings, and removal is never guaranteed.

What happens to the Google profile when the program ends?

The Google Business Profile is part of the ongoing managed service, not an automatic transfer. You keep your brand name, logo, domain, phone numbers, and customer data. Location count, term, and cancellation follow the signed agreement, Google's terms, and applicable law.

What is in the monthly report?

Packaged programs include a report by market showing what shipped and what moved. Each city has a tracked phone number so calls can be read by city. That is reporting, not a lead quota. We do not publish grid-scan proof assets.

Do you post updates and add photos every week?

Only where the signed agreement includes posts or photos, and only with truthful material you supply. This site does not publish a posting SLA. If that work is not in the quote, it is not included by implication.

Is this included in Market Entry, Metro, and Regional?

Yes. Those packages include an office in each market, setup and verification support, business information kept correct, reviews answered, a managed website and local pages, and a monthly report by market. GBP Management is also a quote-only Design Lab add-on.

Can you restore a listing that Google suspended?

We review the issue and attempt recovery where the service agreement includes it. Google controls reinstatement. This page is not a reinstatement product and does not promise that the listing will return.

Who owns the rented office during management?

You do not own the commercial partner location. It remains rented marketing infrastructure under the applicable location agreement. Amenities such as mail, phone, signage, hours, and access vary by that agreement.

Ask about monthly listing care, not a one-time login.

Tell us whether the profile already exists and which cities you serve. A person will reply with whether management, setup, or a packaged Maps Marketing program is the fit, including if the answer is no.
