Direct answer

The website is included, licensed during the program, and built for search and answers. It is not a separate AEO product and not an automatic asset you own.

Rent Anywhere includes a managed website in Market Entry, Metro, and Regional. You do not buy a separate website SKU to get a site that matches the cities in the written scope. Extra website work, if you need it, is quoted in writing and does not replace that baseline.

The site is hosted and licensed as part of the active program. It is not an automatic transferred asset at exit unless the signed agreement grants a buyout. You keep your brand name, logo, domain, phone numbers, and customer data either way.

The website is built for regular search and for AI answers. That is how the included site is structured. This page does not sell a separate AEO, AIO, or GEO audit product, and it does not claim citation or featured-answer placement.

Local pages, FAQ content, and structured data that can link the site to the Maps listing sit inside this website layer. They support the same Maps Marketing program. They are not a second storefront product and not a ranking outcome we control.

Google independently controls eligibility, verification, approval, ranking, visibility, suspension, and reinstatement. A managed website does not make a listing eligible, and it does not buy a Map Pack slot, a lead volume, or an AI citation.

The included site is the website layer of Maps Marketing, not a replacement for the commercial partner location. People who tap through from a listing should land on pages that match the cities in the written scope, using the same business facts.

Scope

What the included website covers.

Deliverables

What the work produces.

A managed website for the contracted markets

Every package includes a site built to describe the business and the approved cities. It is not a one-page placeholder, and it is not a separate line item you have to add to get the baseline.

Local pages that belong on that site

City and service pages are part of the included website, not a second product. They have to match markets you actually serve. Thin doorway pages are out of scope.

Hosting and a license during the program

The site is hosted and licensed while the service is active. That is different from owning the templates, the hosting account, or an automatic transfer when the term ends.

A site structured for search and answers

Headings, local pages, and FAQ content are written so regular search and answer systems can read them. That is included construction, not a sold audit and not a claim that an AI will cite you.

Alignment with the Maps listing facts

Name, services, and market language should match the Google Business Profile work in the same program. GBP and GMB are the same entity. The website does not replace the listing.

A path to quote extra website work

If you need more than the standard inclusion, that scope is written into the quote. It never contradicts the public statement that a managed website and local pages are already included.

Packages

How this sits in Market Entry, Metro, and Regional.

Market Entry covers 3 cities on a twelve month term. Metro covers 6 cities, and Regional covers 10 or more, each on a six or twelve month term confirmed in the quote. Every package includes a managed website and local pages. Extra website scope is quoted separately and never replaces that baseline. Public cards stay on Quote.

Public cards stay on a Quote. Exact scope and price are confirmed in writing after we review your cities.

Limits

What this service does not control.

  • The website is hosted and licensed during the program. It is not automatically owned or transferred at exit unless the signed agreement grants a buyout.
  • This page does not sell a separate AEO, AIO, or GEO audit, and it does not claim AI citation or featured-answer placement.
  • Google independently controls eligibility, verification, approval, ranking, visibility, suspension, and reinstatement.
  • Page counts and publishing cadence are qualitative. They are not a numeric SLA on the public site.
  • Extra website design, extra sections, and work beyond the standard inclusion are quoted separately.
  • We do not publish a portfolio location count. Market availability is confirmed for each engagement.
Questions

Straight answers for this service.

Is the website included, or do I pay extra for it?

A managed website and local pages are included in Market Entry, Metro, and Regional. Extra website work beyond that standard inclusion is quoted separately. The public pages do not treat the baseline site as an add-on.

Do I own the website when the program ends?

The site is hosted and licensed as part of the active service. It is not an automatic transferred asset. You keep your brand name, logo, domain, phone numbers, and customer data. Any buyout has to be granted in the signed agreement.

I already have a website. What happens?

Tell us during the city review. The included website remains the package baseline. If your existing site changes the work, that is handled in the written quote. This page does not create a bring-your-own-site product or a public track menu.

Is this a separate AEO or AI-search product?

No. The homepage says the website is built for regular search and for AI answers. That describes how the included site is made. This page does not sell an AEO, AIO, or GEO audit, and it does not claim citation or featured-answer placement.

Will the website make my Google listing rank?

No. Accurate pages may support how people and systems understand the business. Google independently controls ranking, visibility, and eligibility. A website does not replace a commercial partner location or a verification outcome.

What if I need more than the included site?

Ask for it in the quote. Additional website scope is written down so it never contradicts the included baseline. There is no public dollar figure for that extra work on this page.

Does the website use the same facts as the Google listing?

It should. Name, services, and market language are meant to match the Google Business Profile work in the same program. GBP and GMB are the same entity. Directories and Google still decide how they display those facts.

Is the website a substitute for an office in each market?

No. Commercial partner locations remain the infrastructure for the listings. The website describes the approved markets and supports the program. It does not replace an office, and it does not make a profile eligible on its own.

Check whether the included website fits the cities you serve.

A person reviews availability and eligibility and replies by email, including if the answer is no. The managed website is part of the written scope, not a surprise add-on.
