Service businesses

Show up on Google Maps in more of the cities you already serve.

Google Maps tends to show a business near the address its listing was verified at, not everywhere it works. We set up small offices around the metro and build a listing on each one, so you can show up in more of the city you already serve.

Service businesses in Florida

One starting market, then the markets around it.

Comparing one starting market, Miami, FL, with selected Florida markets: Tampa, Naples, Fort Myers, Orlando, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach. Availability is confirmed city by city.
Eligibility and market availability are reviewed before anything is quoted. Not every business or city qualifies.
Google independently controls verification, profile approval, ranking, visibility, and reinstatement.
Why it works

Google ranks you from the address you verified at.

Most contractors think adding fifty cities to a service area puts them in fifty markets. It does not. Adding an address does.

Independent testing found that the service area settings on a Google Business Profile do not affect rankings. Rankings come from the address the listing was verified at, and the published fix is to lease a separate office in the target city and verify to it.

Research published by Sterling Sky, an independent local search firm. Not our research, and not a result produced by our services.

Versus opening another office

You could open one more office. Or be in several markets at once.

If the address is what ranks you, the obvious move is to open an office in the next city. Here is what each option actually commits you to.

The obvious move

Open one more office

CommitmentA commercial lease, usually multi-year, in one city.
SetupBuildout, furniture, utilities, internet, signage, insurance.
Running itSomeone has to be responsible for the space every month.
On the mapOne new address. One new listing to build and maintain yourself.
If it does not workYou are still on the lease.
One city, and the commitment outlasts the experiment.
What we do instead

A managed network of markets

CommitmentA twelve month service agreement on Market Entry; six or twelve months on Metro and Regional, confirmed in your quote. No lease in your name.
SetupWe coordinate the location and handle the buildout question entirely.
Running itWe manage the profile, the listings data, and the reviews every month.
On the mapSeveral markets at once, each with a maintained profile.
If a market does not workWe review it with you at renewal. Availability is confirmed city by city.
Several cities, and the commitment matches the term.

Several markets for less than the commitment of one lease is the direction, even before you have exact numbers. Your market's actual cost comparison, both sides, goes in the written quote after we review your cities. We do not publish an estimate here because lease and setup costs are specific to your metro.

What you are buying

The work, the paperwork, and the parts Google owns.

We would rather show you the process than dress it up in claims we cannot evidence. Below is exactly what we run, what you receive in writing before you commit, and the decisions that stay with Google no matter who you hire.

What we manage

The operational layer behind a multi-market Maps presence.

  • Commercial partner location coordination in qualified markets
  • Google Business Profile setup and verification support
  • Categories, services, service areas, hours, and profile content
  • Citation submissions and aggregator distribution
  • Review monitoring and written responses
  • Monthly reporting on the managed profiles

What you get in writing

Before any work starts, and before any fee applies.

  • A market-by-market answer on availability and eligibility
  • Scope, price, and term in the service agreement
  • Verification Support quoted per qualifying event, not bundled
  • What happens if a location is removed, and who pays for what
  • What we do at the end of the engagement

What Google decides

Named plainly, because it changes what anyone can honestly sell you.

  • Eligibility and whether a profile is approved
  • Which verification method it requires, and when
  • Ranking, visibility, and how a listing appears
  • Suspensions, removals, and reinstatement
  • Whether a disputed review comes down

We do not guarantee rankings, visibility, leads, verification, or reinstatement.

See the work before you buy

We do not publish client names, reviews, or performance figures we cannot evidence. What we can show you is the actual craft: how we word a review response, and how the verification step works when Google asks for it.

How verification works
How we are different

Three ways to get a presence in a new market.

Most businesses looking at a new city end up choosing between these. Here is the honest version of each.

The alternative

Address-only provider

Sells you an address and stops there. The profile, the content, the citations, and the review work are yours to figure out.

The alternative

Generic SEO agency

Reports on keywords and rankings. Usually will not coordinate a commercial location or take responsibility for the profile itself.

Our approach

Rent Anywhere

Coordinates the location, builds and maintains the profile, keeps your business details consistent across directories, and answers reviews -- as one managed program.

A commercial or serviced-office arrangement is the infrastructure underneath, not the product.

How It Works

Build a supportable presence in selected markets.

Google weighs relevance, distance, prominence, profile quality, and policy eligibility. We coordinate commercial partner locations and local search work to help eligible businesses build a stronger presence in the markets they serve.

1

Pick your markets

Tell us which cities you serve. We confirm partner availability and pricing, then walk you through next steps.

2

Coordinate setup and qualifying verification

We coordinate the contracted commercial presence and profile setup. A separately quoted Verification Support fee applies only when Google requests in-person or video verification; postcard, phone, and automated methods are not charged as Verification Support.

3

You build local presence

Citations, profile content, and monthly local search management can support visibility. Google controls when and where listings appear.

From coordinating an eligible address to maintaining accurate profile information, we handle the operational layers of local Google presence.

Market Presence Program

A managed Maps Marketing foundation for qualified markets, with onboarding and ongoing support tailored to the agreed service scope.

GMB Profile Optimization

Accurate profile information supports a stronger local presence. Where contracted, we work on categories, services, photos, Q&A, service areas, and location-specific business descriptions. Google controls visibility and results.

GMB Management

We post updates, upload fresh photos, respond truthfully to reviews, and keep profile categories and attributes current as part of a policy-aware management process.

Citation Building

Your business name, address, and phone number need to match across hundreds of directories. We submit to top-tier sites like Yelp, BBB, Apple Maps, and Bing, then monitor for errors and duplicates every month.

Aggregator Distribution

Many directories use data aggregators rather than accept direct submissions. Where contracted, aggregator distribution sends accurate business information to a broad network of directories, GPS systems, and voice assistants.

Website + Hosting

A managed website and local pages are included in every package. Additional website work beyond that standard inclusion is quoted separately; deliverables, fee, ownership, and exit terms are stated in the written quote.

How pricing is set

Everything is included in every package. What changes is how many markets you are in. Availability, eligibility, and cost differ by metro, so every engagement is quoted after we review your cities. A one-time onboarding fee of $750 per market applies. The exact scope and price are confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Verification Support, only when Google asks

$299 per qualifying in-person or video verification event. When Google requests it, we coordinate an authorized local visit and manage the logistics. Postcard, phone, and automated verification are not charged as Verification Support.

Verification Support

Google occasionally requires a live video walkthrough to verify a business location. When that happens, we coordinate an authorized on-site visit and help prepare for the request. Google controls who participates.

This fee applies only if Google requests in-person or video verification. Google controls participants, evidence, eligibility, and approval.

Verification Support
$299

Flat fee per qualifying in-person or video verification event. We coordinate an authorized local visit and manage logistics when Google makes that request.

Google Compliance and Verification

Full-service support from setup through any Google challenge.

Our policy-aware process supports accurate setup and ongoing management. When Google requests more evidence, we coordinate the next step.

Compliance-Focused Process

We coordinate commercial partner locations and a documentation-first setup process. Availability, staffing, signage, and verification requirements vary by location. Google independently reviews each profile. We do not claim Google endorsement, guarantee verification, or promise rankings.

Client requirements: accurate business name and category, account in good standing, and compliance with Google's current policies.

Verification Support

If Google requests in-person or video verification for your location, we coordinate an authorized local visit and manage the logistics. Google controls who participates and what evidence it accepts.

Removed Location Policy

In the rare case a location is removed despite full compliance, we attempt recovery at no additional charge first. If Google requires in-person or video re-verification to restore the listing, the applicable verification fee applies.

A new-location build is a separate purchase only if the physical address must change to complete recovery.
FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

We use a policy-aware process and real commercial partner locations where available, but Google independently reviews each profile and controls approval, verification, visibility, and suspension decisions. We do not represent that Google endorses Rent Anywhere or guarantee a particular outcome. Clients must provide accurate business information and maintain an account in good standing.

Still have questions? We're happy to walk you through it.

Check City Availability

Tell us the city first. We will tell you whether it is workable.

Two short steps: the market you want, then how to reach you. A person reviews availability and eligibility for that market and replies by email. Submitting this form does not reserve a market, create a listing, or confirm that Google will approve a profile.

Availability is reviewed market by market, not promised in advance.
Scope, price, and term are confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Timing depends on the market and on Google's own process.

Step 1 of 2 · Target market

Which city or market should we review, and what kind of business is it?

Industry
What happens next
1
We review the market -- A person checks partner availability and eligibility for the city you named.
2
You get a written answer -- Availability, scope, price, and terms in writing, including if the answer is no.
3
Setup begins only if you agree -- Timing depends on the market and on Google's own verification process.
